PQIA Issues Consumer Alerts/Don’t Buys on two of six samples of Automatic Transmission Fluids (ATF)

PQIA recently examined six ATFs and found two that have significant issues that can result in damage to most transmissions currently on the road. These brands are not new to the products PQIA has issued Consumer Alerts on, they include Everclear and MaxiGuard. In fact, this is the eleventh time PQIA has issued Consumer Alerts on lubricants marketed under the Everclear brand and its ATF has been ordered off the shelves in the states of Georgia and North Carolina.
